Ted Price, founder and CEO of Insomniac Games, says that the studio might return to their first big franchise: Spyro the Dragon.
Price has also said that he thinks Activision has done a great job with Spyro and that they’ve done a great job bringing it to a bigger audience with their Skylanders series.
Currently, Spyro resides within Skylanders, which involves using toys in the real world and bringing them into the video-game world.
The last Spyro game that Insomniac created released in 2000, with Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
Hopefully the completion of Sunset Overdrive, an Xbox One exclusive set to release October 28, means that fans of the purple dragon can see him return in his own game.
