The final DLC for Dark
Souls 2, Crown of the Ivory King, is being delayed on all formats.
The DLC, which was scheduled to release this Wednesday, will
now be released on Sept. 30 for Steam and Xbox live, and Oct. 1 on Playstation
network. Bandai Namco gave no explanation for the delay or the discrepancy
between platforms.
Crown of the Ivory King introduces some brand new mechanics to the Souls series, including snow, which
shortens your vision and slows your movement, and followers, NPCs who you
gather along the way to help with bosses.
Most importantly, this means one more week until we can find
out what happens when you gather all three crowns together.
