Razer Announces New Game Bargain App

By Jake Doolin

Gaming computer/accessory maker Razer has unveiled its newest product, Razer Cortex, a game management software. Cortex will act a lot like Steam, providing a hub for all your downloaded content, as well with offering its own through the program's store. The program will also offer a save game manager, screenshot gallery, and Game Booster which maximizes hardware performance.

One new advancement that Cortex brings to the fold is the way it searches for deals on games. Players can input the game they're looking for and then Cortex will search sites like Amazon, GameStop and Steam for the best price.

Razor Cortex is currently in early access and a wide release is planned for September 10.
