Hatred Pulled From Steam Greenlight

by Jake Doolin

Since its announcement in October the controversial mass murder simulator Hatred has attracted its fair share of controversy, and it seems that the negative vibes around the game have reached an apex. Earlier this morning Valve pulled the game from its Steam Greenlight service with Valve Director Doug Lombardi stating,
"Based on what we've seen on Greenlight we would not publish Hatred on Steam. As such we'll be taking it down."
In response to this action, Destructive Creations CEO Jarosław Zieliński sent out a statement,
"We receive[d] a tons of supportive e-mails and it totally blows me away. [I] didn't expect this. And to all of those people: We won't disappoint you!""
No word on if players will ever see the game, all we do know is that it won't be anytime soon.
