New Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Mega Evolutions Revealed

The most recent issue of Japanese gaming magazine Corocoro revealed some new images for the upcoming remakes of the third generation of Pokemon.

The first set of images contains mega evolutions for Sceptile and Swampert, as well as Diancle. Blaziken retains it's same mega evolution form from Pokemon X/Y. They also reveal that in these games, mega evolution will take place through something called the Mega Bangle, but there are no major details on how it will work.

We also get a quick glimpse into some of the character models as well. Above we have teams Magma and Aqua in their models.

Also revealed were models for the two player characters, as well as Steven, who plays a major role in the game.

The last image released was of what appear to be mega evolutions for Groudon and Kyogre, the two primary legendaries of Ruby and Sapphire.

With mega evolutions and new character models, the claims that these remakes will have much more than the originals seem to be true. Now we just must wait until November to see if all of the trumpets will be in HD too.
