A "new era" of the Call of Duty series is set to be shown this Sunday. Developer Sledgehammer has teased the announcement through a series of tweets from its official account along with the Call of Duty page.

The official Call of Duty account has also changed its profile picture to one with the game logo in front a burning Golden Gate bridge.
