The latest issue of CoroCoro
has unveiled the latest Pokémon news. Mega Evolutions revealed this time
are Mega Beedrill, Mega Pidgeot, Mega Latias, and Mega Latios. Mega Beedrill
will be Bug/Poison-Type and have the ability Adaptability; Mega Pidgeot will be
Normal/Flying-Type and have the ability No Guard.
The Legendary Bird duo will
once again be separated into the different games. Latios will be catchable in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Latias will be
available in Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
Returning to the remakes will be the item the Eon Ticket.
The Eon Ticket will take players to the Southern Island where the opposite
Legendary bird of the game will be catchable. However, the Eon Tickets will be
given away via code in an upcoming issue of CoroCoro.
A new item revealed is the Eon Flute. This item makes it
possible to ride Mega Latias or Mega Latios above Hoenn through the sky. Up in
the sky will be catchable Pokémon, Legendary and non-Legendary, with
Legendaries including Dialga, Palkia, Reshiram, and Zekrom.
There will also be
cloud “islands” where players can land and find Pokémon. The Legendary Pokémon
will be on special clouds called “Mythical Places.”
There have been no videos of this mode yet released by
Nintendo. Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will release on
November 21.
