Wolfenstein: The New Order will be released on May 23 in Europe. But the game will not be released by itself. Bundled with it will be beta access to "Doom" which is, according to Bethesda, "The next doom game from id Software." id had announced in 2008 that this would be the next installment of Doom, titled at the time "Doom 4." Since then, no real news had been revealed, but this shows that the game is still in development.
The game follows narrative, breaking out a multiplayer mode in favor of a story that revolves around alternative history where the Nazi's won World War 2.
