In an attempt to expand the reach of Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes, Konami is dropping the price of the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game by $10, making the game $29.99 for both the retail and digital versions.
In the press release regarding the cut, Konami says they "aim to provide as many people as possible an opportunity to experience Kojima Production's new Fox Engine and the first installment in the two-part Metal Gear Solid 5 experience."
Ground Zeroes is meant to serve as a short prequel to Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. The game will be released on March 18 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
