It was revealed recently that a special project was in the works for the 15th anniversary of Pokemon's biggest rival: Digimon. A downward-ticking counter hit zero on the project's site and revealed an egg Sunday.
Moving your mouse over the egg repeatedly will create a small exclamation point, which, upon clicking, opens the image above. It also plays a super upbeat and fun song that makes my inner child dance.
The text on the image is vague, but the silhouettes on the image are clearly Tai and Agumon, two of the biggest characters in the whole series.
It appears that more eggs like the one on the site now will be available, as there is an image with a different egg and the word "next" on the page as well.
No word on when this special project will hit television, but since there hasn't really been a good series since Tamers, it's easy to imagine how excited people are to see the original cast again.
