A report from Wall Street Journal confirms via a trusted source "close to the development effort" that the Titanfall sequel is in an early planning stage, and will be available on the PS4.
EA, the game's publisher, is currently declining comment, no doubt due to the high level of effort thrown into their E3 presence, along with general policy.
Previous reports indicated the Titanfall sequel would not be an Xbox exclusive. Microsoft shelled out quite a lot of money for the rights to Titanfall, securing its exclusivity for the Xbox One and Xbox 360, no doubt pushing sales of the struggling system.
Respawn Entertainment President Vince Zampella previously tweeted in October that Respawn wouldn't hold themselves to producing games only for Xbox.
