Telltale’s upcoming game based on the world of Game of Thrones will be six episodes long.
Unlike traditional games, Telltale’s games are released much like TV shows, where they are made as seasons and every few weeks or months an episode is released. With six episodes Game of Thrones will be the longest season for a Telltale game.
The first episode of Game of Thrones is titled “Iron from Ice.” In the game players will play as five different characters from the same family.
Telltale Games is responsible for such games as The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and, Tales from the Borderlands.
No official release date has been set for episode one of Game of Thrones, but Telltale still says episode one will come out sometime this year.
