Comcept officially announced their newest goal in their most recent post on their Kickstarter page. Their new goal to raise at least $190,000 by the end of the year promises backers of Mighty No. 9 a code to play some post-release downloadable-content expected during the summer of 2015.
The DLC was first announced in an older blog post by Comcept, after announcing the game would include English voice acting. It was teased in the form of the video at the end of the announcement released about two weeks ago.
Mighty No. 9 has been in development for over a year and its development relies heavily on those backing it through Kickstarter. The planned release is April 2015 on several platforms including PC, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
