From Software, the company behind the Dark Souls series, has been relatively quiet since the release of Dark Souls II earlier this year, but if a few leaked screenshots are true then the company is at work on something much different. Posted to the NeoGAF forums, these screenshots seem to show a shotgun wielding hero traversing a typical From Software environment of demons and ghouls.

The game, with the working title Project Beast, has not been officially confirmed, but there have been a few hints of its existence before these screenshots. A Sony employee who posts on the NeoGAF forums had stated that a PS4 exclusive game would be coming from the developer and that it would be "a whole different beast."
We'll have to wait and see if From Software reveals any details at this year's E3.
