While signing autographs in Beverly Hills, "The Goonies" director Richard Donner told TMZ that a sequel to the hit movie is being made.
When asked if he intended to make any more comic book movies, Donner said: "If you call Goonies a comic book. We're doing a sequel."
Donner went on to say that he wishes to bring on the cast from the original, but did not state what sort of role they'd play. No production timeline was mentioned.
