Two board games you absolutely need were announced at this year's Toy Fair International. The Legend of Zelda and Pokemon Monopoly are going to be released by USAopoly in September this year. Both are priced at $45.
According to Joystiq, the Pokemon board is going to be based on the Kanto region of the first generation of games (Red, Blue, FireRed, LeafGreen). The board for The Legend of Zelda has not been officially tied to a specific game.
These games will be the second and third Nintendo-based Monopoly games following the Nintendo Collector's Edition game that came out in 2006.
